For New Items:

All sales of clearance items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on clearance items, except in the case of defective merchandise. If you believe your clearance item is defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to discuss your options.

Please note that some types of items are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include clearance vinyl wrap, customized clothing or products.
