Processing Your Order:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Our business days are Monday through friday, excluding public holidays in United States of America.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. The rates for expedited shipping are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- International orders are subject to duties, taxes, and other fees that are not included in the total cost of your order. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and will vary from one country to another.
Delivery Estimates:
- Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days
- International orders are typically delivered within 7-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipment Tracking:
- You can track your order status with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
- M&F Outfitters ships to addresses within the United States of America territory, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages:
- M&F Outfitters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us to address the issue.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
